What does "indicative" mean?
It means that the values cannot be relied on as medically accurate, but are approximate. That is, for accurate readings always consult your doctor, GP or health professional. However, if the smart watch readings do show signs of concern e.g. Heart rate is high or SpO2 is low etc, then this would be an indicator to seek the view of your health professional.
